James and his tradesmen were first class throughout our entire build. From the moment we sat down with James we felt comfortable and at ease with his demeanour and attention to detail for the job. It was quite obvious to us why he had so many wonderful reviews, and it was an easy decision to choose JRS for our renovation. James was patient and understanding throughout the entire three month duration of the job, and managed any issue or query that came up with no fuss at all. We were always kept in the loop about what was happening and felt comfortable asking any questions that came up for us. The quality of work and finished product that James and his crew produce is exceptional and we will be looking to get JRS back when we do an additional stage of our renovation. A special mention to Rachel who was fantastic at checking in and keeping us informed of what was due and documents required from us. To top it off, we received a lovely gift from James and Rachel for our newborn that came along shortly after the build. Could not recommend JRS enough. Thanks so much guys. Ryan & Kim

Our renovation experience was fantastic, and it's all thanks to James and his team. The workmanship displayed was top-notch, resulting in a beautifully transformed space that exceeded our expectations. One standout quality was the excellent communication throughout the entire project. James kept us informed at every step, making sure we were always in the loop and comfortable with the progress. This level of transparency made the process incredibly smooth and stress-free. James and his team including contractors were always very respectful of my family as we were living in our house whilst it was being renovated. From the moment James arrived to complete our quote, he was punctual and courteous. We could already tell that he would be the builder we chose to complete our extension/renovation as his professionalism and attention to detail were a level above every other builder we had come through for quotes. With any decision James was always honest with his experienced opinion advising us of all options. Both James and his apprentice Dylan built our home like they were building their own and held all their subcontractors to the same level of detail. I would highly recommend the JRS team to anyone and already have to both friends and family. We would not hesitate to contact James and his team again for any future building requirements. We love our newly renovated home by JRS Building Solutions! James renovated our two bedroom house into a 4 bedroom family home and it is perfect! The project was completed within the agreed upon timeframe. James is professional and friendly. The quality of his work is great and he ensures the trades his uses have the same high standards. James was very accommodating when we changed our minds during the build, and was able to help us problem solve when faced with unforeseen changes. We will definitely use JRS again and recommend him to everyone.

We highly recommend James & his team for all your renovation work. The quality of his work is amazing. We initially engaged James to do some renovation work prior to our new kitchen install. What was meant to be a new kitchen ended up being some extensive work due to issues from previous renovations that were not done correctly. We were so incredibly grateful that we had met James. We are so pleased with the work James and his team did for our renovation. It was a complete gut job with many hiccups expected of an old 1950’s house. Despite this James and his team communicated throughout, worked diligently and quickly to complete a bathroom, laundry and separate powder room ready for Christmas! This transformation completely exceeded our expectations. We are so happy with the quality of his teams workmanship throughout. James was incredibly thoughtful and proactive from the start with designing the space right through to the end with handover.
